By creating an account, funding a wallet, or placing an order on TrendFuelHQ, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it up to date.

TrendFuelHQ is an online marketplace that connects buyers with independent sellers of social-media growth services. We provide the platform and an escrow system — we are not the seller and do not perform the services ourselves.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password and two-factor credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Wallet balances are held in US dollars. You can top up using supported crypto (USDT, BTC) or Naira bank transfer, which is converted to USD at the platform rate shown at the time. A platform commission (currently 20% of the order total) applies to each completed order, and all fees are displayed before you confirm.

When you place an order, the order total is debited from your wallet and held in escrow. Funds are released to the seller when you confirm delivery, or automatically after the confirmation window closes if you take no action.

• Fraud, payment abuse, or misrepresenting your identity.
• Ordering or delivering fake, bot, or engagement that breaches a third-party platform’s rules.
• Illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Harassment or abuse of other users or staff.
• Attempting to bypass escrow, fees, or platform limits, including using multiple accounts.

Delivered orders may be disputed within the confirmation window. Disputes are reviewed by our team and resolved as a full refund, a partial refund, or release to the seller. See our Refund Policy for details.

The TrendFuelHQ name, logo, and platform are our property. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant us a licence to host and display it as needed to operate the service.

The platform is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrendFuelHQ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the acts of independent sellers. See our Disclaimer.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to users or the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date, and continued use of the platform means you accept the revised terms.
