Most orders start instantly. Social media services begin within minutes; virtual numbers are reserved on demand and the SMS code arrives shortly after. You can track every order live from your dashboard.
Can I track my order?+
Yes — every order shows its live status (queued, processing, in progress, completed) on your Orders page, along with the delivered result such as the phone number and SMS code.
Do I need to share my passwords?+
Never. Social media services work with your public link or username, and virtual numbers are issued directly to you. We never ask for your account password.
What if an order can't be delivered?+
You're refunded in full to your wallet automatically — instantly and without any back-and-forth. You never lose money on a failed order.

How do I fund my wallet?+
From your wallet dashboard you can top up with USDT (TRC20), BTC, or NGN. Pick the deposit method, send the funds to the address shown, and your balance updates after confirmations.
What currencies and payment methods do you accept?+
USDT (TRC20), Bitcoin, and Nigerian Naira are supported today. We may add more options based on demand — check the wallet page for the current list.
How long do deposits take to clear?+
USDT deposits usually appear within minutes. BTC requires network confirmations (typically 10–30 minutes). NGN bank transfers clear after admin verification — most are completed within an hour during business hours.
Are there any hidden fees?+
No — the price you see on a service is the price you pay. Only network fees for wallet deposits are passed through at cost.

Can I change my email address?+

How do you keep my data safe?+
Passwords are hashed, payment data is tokenized, and KYC documents are stored encrypted. We never sell your data, and you can request deletion any time from your account settings.

No. TrendFuelHQ is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, X, or any other listed platform.

How do I get verified faster?+
Make sure your KYC documents are clear, current, and match your legal name and date of birth. Pro tip Apply during business hours (UTC) and you’ll usually hear back the same day.
Can I delete my account?+
Yes — from your account settings. Pending orders must be resolved first, and any wallet balance should be withdrawn before deletion. Deletions are permanent.
