Buyer Agreement

This Buyer Agreement governs your use of TrendFuelHQ as a buyer. It works alongside our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

You purchase using your wallet balance, which is held in US dollars. You can top up with supported crypto or Naira bank transfer; Naira is converted at the platform rate shown at the time.

When you place an order, the total is debited from your wallet and held in escrow. It is released to the seller only when you confirm delivery or the confirmation window closes.

Provide accurate target details — links, handles, and instructions. You must own or be authorised to manage the accounts your orders relate to. Do not share account passwords in chat unless a service explicitly requires it.

Review each delivery promptly. Confirm the order if you are satisfied, or open a dispute within the confirmation window if you are not.

You may dispute a delivered order that was not delivered or not as described. Approved refunds are credited to your wallet in line with our Refund Policy.

• Disputing or charging back orders that were correctly delivered.
• Harassing or abusing sellers.
• Ordering services that breach a third-party platform’s rules.
• Using multiple accounts to abuse promotions or platform limits.

Breaching this agreement may lead to order cancellation, wallet holds, or suspension of your account.
