Refund Policy
Every order on TrendFuelHQ is escrow-protected. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.
Last updated: May 21, 2026
1. Escrow protects every order
When you place an order, your payment is held in escrow. It is not released to the seller until you confirm delivery or the confirmation window closes.
2. When you can request a refund
You may dispute a delivered order if it was not delivered, was materially not as described, or breached our terms.
3. Confirming delivery
After a seller marks an order delivered, you have a confirmation window (currently 72 hours) to confirm or dispute it. If you take no action, the order auto-completes and the funds are released to the seller.
4. Opening a dispute
Open a dispute from the order before the confirmation window closes. The seller is given an opportunity to respond, and our team reviews both sides before deciding.
5. Resolution outcomes
- Full refund — the order total is returned to your wallet.
- Partial refund — the amount is split between you and the seller.
- No refund — funds are released to the seller when the order was delivered as agreed.
6. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are credited back to your TrendFuelHQ wallet balance, usually as soon as the dispute is resolved. Wallet balance can be spent on future orders.
7. Wallet top-ups
Adding funds to your wallet is not a purchase and is generally not reversible once credited, because crypto and bank-transfer settlements are final. Your protection comes from escrow when you spend that balance on an order.
8. Situations not eligible for a refund
- Orders correctly delivered as described.
- Change of mind after an order has been delivered and confirmed.
- Disputes opened after the confirmation window has closed.
- Losses caused by inaccurate target details or instructions you provided.
